TROUBLESHOOTING BLACKBERRY


1. Push Email service is subscribed to a sudden problem, emails are often not coming
There are three actions you can do to normalize the re-application performance
• Action new HRT (Host Routing Table)
This is a solution to re-register to the server RIM’s BlackBerry service. It is sometimes necessary at the time of service browsing, chat, to e-mail that does not run properly.

Select [Continue], then typing the Blackberry (or the password you use).

Hard Reset takes a fairly long process, especially if you use data protection features, so do the wipe, you can not stop or cancel it.

After the wipe process is completed, the data restore process can be done. First step as the backup process, but on the next menu, you must select the option [Restore] and follow the process that led, after the data is complete in return, you should take HRT and resubmit the New Service Book.
